Method Statements

Every epoxy resin flooring job is unique because the operating environment in which a job is carried out will be different in every case.

Our appointed Reepol industrial flooring contractor will prepare a dedicated method statement for each job, and this is normally provided at the proposal or quotation stage.

Health & Safety

Reepol aims to make its epoxy resin flooring products as safe as possible, based on our experience of developing epoxy flooring materials over the last 20 years.

Products are designed so that there are low levels of odour and irritancy, and contain low levels of Volatile Organic Content (VOC).

Our product range is now solvent-free as standard and solvent-based products are only supplied as specials to suit extra-ordinary circumstances.

All Reepol products are supplied with COSHH Data Sheets.

Risk Assessments

Risk assessments are carried out both by Reepol and our industrial flooring contractors for every Reepol product.

These are provided as part of the information pack with each job.

Guarantees

Reepol provides guarantees on an individual job basis. The length of the guarantee will depend on the product installed in relation to the circumstances of the operating environment.

Guarantees can vary from a minimum of two years to a maximum of 10 years.
