Sauflon required a hardwearing surface for the packing area within their manufacturing operation.

This existing floor surface was removed by shot blasting and dust contained through the use of screening.

One coat of a moisture-tolerant epoxy primer was applied, Reeprime EP550, followed by a 4-5 mm layer of Reeflor EL005 self-smoothing screed to accommodate slight unevenness in the floor surface.
