This was an older building with variations in levels and floor finishes. Areas of the slab had dropped and there was oil impregnation. The requirement was to achieve a durable and uniform finish.

A number of repair and restoration methods were deployed prior to finishing with Reeflor EL002, a trowel-applied, self-smoothing epoxy coating containing fine aggregates. This was an extensive project undertaken in several phases over a three year period.
