Pharmaceutical Industry Projects
This was a new building, and the client’s specification required a hard-wearing, hygienic, easy to clean surface. The surface was primed with one coat of Reeprime EP550, a moisture-tolerant primer / sealer. This was followed by two coats of Reeflor EL1001, a self-smoothing epoxy coating providing a 1-2mm coating.
Sauflon required a hardwearing surface for the packing area within their manufacturing operation. This existing floor surface was removed by shot blasting and dust contained through the use of screening. One coat of a moisture-tolerant epoxy primer was applied, Reeprime EP550, followed by a 4-5 mm layer of Reeflor EL005 self-smoothing screed to accommodate slight unevenness in the floor surface.
